These terms cover your use of this website and the Astro waitlist. They are an agreement between you and Astro Intelligence ("Astro", "we"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The waitlist
Today this site offers one thing: a waitlist for Astro. Joining is free and nothing is for sale. Joining doesn't make you a member, and it doesn't promise you access or an opening date. We may change, pause or end the waitlist at any time. You can leave whenever you like with the unsubscribe link in any email from us.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 to use the site or join the waitlist. Join only with an email address that is yours.
Education and information only
Everything on this site and in our emails is general market research and education. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or option. Every reader gets the same content. We don't consider your account, goals, finances or holdings.
Not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser
Astro is not registered as a broker-dealer or as an investment adviser. We don't hold your money, place orders or manage accounts. Our Disclosures page explains how the service works today.
Risk, and no guarantee
Trading options carries substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you put in, and some strategies can lose more. Options are not suitable for every investor. We don't promise or guarantee any result. Alerts shown on this site are past alerts, shown after the fact, and the example signals are illustrations. Past alerts and past results don't predict or guarantee future results.
Your trades are your decisions
You alone decide whether to trade, and you are responsible for your own trades and their results, taxes included. Before you trade, think about your own situation, and talk to a licensed professional if you need advice.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, please don't:
- sign up anyone else, or use an email address that isn't yours;
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools to sign up, or to scrape or copy the site;
- try to get around our rate limits, security or access controls, or probe or scan the site for weaknesses;
- interfere with the site or other visitors, or send anything harmful, such as malware;
- use the site to break any law or to mislead anyone;
- republish, resell or share our alerts or other content without our written permission.
Our content
The site and its text, alerts, charts and design, and the Astro name and logos, belong to Astro or the people we license them from. You may view the site and our emails for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". Market data and alerts can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Astro, its owners, team members and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the site, our emails or our content. Our total liability for any claim about the site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending your use
We may remove anyone from the waitlist who breaks these terms. The sections on our content, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after you leave.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
